Messaging policy

Findwell, operated by Findwell, Inc., lets you save posts from Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X by texting a link, and get them back later by texting a question. Messages come from Findwell’s number, which is shown in the app under Settings.

You opt in by signing up in the Findwell app with your phone number and confirming the verification code we text you. The sign-up screen states that Findwell will text this number. We record that consent. We never text a number that has not signed up, and we never add numbers from purchased or third-party lists.

• A one-time verification code when you sign up or sign in.
• A short confirmation each time you text a link to save.
• A reply with the best match each time you text a question.
• Occasional notices about your account, such as a save that finished processing.

Message frequency varies and depends on how often you text Findwell: in normal use, one reply per message you send, plus occasional account notices. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.

Findwell does not charge for texts. Message and data rates may apply under your carrier plan for texts you send and receive.

• STOP: reply STOP to any Findwell text, and we stop texting you. You get one final confirmation message. You can also use Pause saving in the app’s Settings, which does the same thing.
• START: reply START to receive texts again.
• HELP: reply HELP for a short message with support contact details, or email hello@getfindwell.app any time.

How we handle your phone number and messages is described in the privacy policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Consent to receive texts is not sold, rented, or shared.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and device; Findwell texting is supported on major US carriers.
