Text the link to your Findwell number — it’s shown in the app under Settings, and the empty library screen offers to copy it. From Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or X, tap Share, pick the Findwell conversation, and send. Findwell replies when it’s saved. Nothing to install in the share sheet, nothing to leave the app for.

Text a question the way you’d remember the post (“that cajun chicken recipe”) and Findwell texts back the best match. When several posts fit, the reply carries a “more” link that opens the full list in the app, in the order it was sent. Or open the app and search your whole library.

Reply STOP to any Findwell text and you won’t receive another until you reply START. Reply HELP for a short reminder of how it works. The same switch is in the app: Settings → Pause saving. Job-post reminders are notifications, not texts: turn them off on their own under Settings → Messages, or turn off notifications for Findwell in your phone’s settings.

Export everything (Settings → Your data) gives you a JSON file of every link, title, caption, tag and transcript. Delete account and archive (Settings → Account settings) removes your account and everything saved under it — thumbnails, transcripts, search history, result links. It cannot be undone. Only the record that you opted in and out of texts is kept, because carriers can ask for it. The privacy policy lists exactly what is stored.

If a creator deletes a post, Findwell keeps what it read when you saved it — the thumbnail, the caption and the transcript — and says so on the post’s page. It never re-hosts the video; the link out always goes to the creator.
